Fixed Some Folders.

Sorry If i've been absent lately. I just finished all my college applications and stuff and the end of the first quarter really had me booked with work. Now everything seems to be normal again and I have time to come online.

So, there's been some problems with some people not being able to submit to some folders (mostly the new ones being made). Which was weird cause I swore I opened it up to every one. Turns out..I haven't been hitting save sometimes. XD Haha Sorry about that. So Now everything should be fine and everyone can submit whatever they want. ^_^

HOWEVER!!!!!!!! AS A REMINDER!!!!!!!

- When asking for a folder, PLEASE TELL ME if it needs to be for FEM or MALE. It makes the process much faster and honestly. It's getting a bit annoying to keep repeating myself.
